In stock wigs are dispatched within 1-3 business days unless stated otherwise in the description of the product.

Custom wigs take 2-3 weeks to dispatch.

Please keep time zones in mind as we operate through Greenwich Mean Time +1 and we are a UK based company operating in GBP £.

 

Shipping timeframes (approximate)

This depends on the delivery method chosen by the customer, but all deliveries after dispatched should be received by:

The UK: 1-3 days 

Europe: 5-7 days 

USA: 5-7 days

Canada: 5-7 days 

Delivery can take around 10-20 days for Asia & Africa and South America.

We accept exchanges for custom/non-custom wigs.

For exchanges, you must contact us no more than 24hrs after receiving your order. All cases must be approved by emailing theinvisiblewig@gmail.com

The item must be mailed in its original condition.
Any item that has been altered chemically or physically no longer qualifies. These alterations include colouring, perming, bleaching, cutting, blow drying and washing. The item must be unaltered, undamaged and all packaging must be intact.

The wig must be returned within 5 business days, the lace can not be cut in any way and the wig must not appear as worn.

  • The customer pays the cost of returning.

  • We do returns in extreme cases for synthetic wigs, however if the wig appears to have been worn or tampered with (i.e. not in perfect condition), a partial refund will be available. The refund amount will depend on the state of the wig (i.e. a 30% to 50% partial refund).
