Refund policy
We accept exchanges for custom/non-custom wigs.
For exchanges, you must contact us no more than 24hrs after receiving your order. All cases must be approved by emailing theinvisiblewig@gmail.com
The item must be mailed in its original condition.
Any item that has been altered chemically or physically no longer qualifies. These alterations include colouring, perming, bleaching, cutting, blow drying and washing. The item must be unaltered, undamaged and all packaging must be intact.
The wig must be returned within 5 business days, the lace can not be cut in any way and the wig must not appear as worn.

The customer pays the cost of returning.

We do returns in extreme cases, however if the wig appears to have been worn or tampered with (i.e. not in perfect condition), a partial refund will be available. The refund amount will depend on the state of the wig (i.e. a 30% to 50% partial refund).
